Terms of Service

I know terms of service can be boring to read, but this protects both myself and you, the potential buyer!
By purchasing one of my works, you signify that you have read and agree to these terms.Age Restriction
Buyers must be at least 18 to have a Dealer's Den and Paypal account. In the event that a minor under 18 wants one of my products, I am willing to work with a parent or guardian dealing on the minor's behalf. The parent or guardian must be the purchaser and account holder, not the minor. I may require proof of age of the account holder.
If I suspect that a minor under 18 is attempting to get around these restrictions without going through a parent or guardian, I will refuse service.Denial of Service
I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason within the law. I reserve the right to not disclose the reason for denial to the customer.Shipping
The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and import/customs fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of the country's import processes, regulations, and fees when purchasing. I am not responsible for anything lost or delayed in shipping or customs. Once it enters the shipping carrier's hands, it is no longer in my control.Refunds
Partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. At this time I unfortunately can't provide full refunds, however I will attempt to work with the buyer to ensure satisfaction as much as reasonably possible.
If a partial refund is accepted, the buyer must ship the item back to me and cover the shipping cost.Errors/Imperfections
My suits are handmade items. Complete perfection and perfect symmetry is therefore impossible, though I strive to get as close as I can within my skill level and abilities. Any errors or imperfections will not impact the wearability of the suit.Contact
